1 General Terms

bk35 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "member", "player") and bk35.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of this agreement. In the event of a conflict between any of these policies, these terms and conditions will take precedence.

1.1 Applicability

These Terms apply to the bk35 website, mobile version and all services provided. bk35 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the changes.

1.2 Language

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is considered the primary document. In the event of a conflict with any translation, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To become a member of bk35, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• You may only hold one account in your own name.
• You are of sound mind and are using this platform of your own free will.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list.

bk35 may at any time request a government-issued identity document, birth registration certificate or other verifiable documents to confirm age. An account may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. bk35 reserves the right to close an account immediately if false or misleading information is provided, and the balance may be forfeited in such cases.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device or IP address. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

3.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may verify your identity before processing withdrawals or large transactions. You may be required to submit a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other documents. Failure to provide accurate information may delay or cancel transaction processing.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bk35 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. You must use a payment account registered in your own name.

Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the deposit will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase in cases of identity verification (KYC) or security review.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed while active bonus wagering is in progress.
• bk35 may request additional information to verify a withdrawal if required.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.

4.3 Unused Balance

For accounts that have been inactive for more than 6 consecutive months, we will contact you by email. If the account remains inactive after contact, applicable inactivity fees may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

For example: if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive a ৳10,000 bonus (total balance ৳15,000). Before withdrawing, you must wager (bonus + deposit) × 15 = ৳225,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions — see the promotions page for details.
• A bonus is only for the player whose account it has been credited to — it cannot be transferred.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• bk35 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• In cases of bonus abuse or strategic misuse, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• If a withdrawal of the deposit is requested after accepting a bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The bk35 VIP program has three tiers. Tiers are advanced based on regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

VIP cashback is calculated each week and credited to accounts on Mondays. The criteria for determining VIP tiers are set by bk35 and may change.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed on bk35 it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error is proven. All bets will be considered final after results are announced.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Separate minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market. It is recommended to check this information before entering the game lobby.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any betting dispute arising from server downtime, connection issues or game software errors will be investigated by our technical team. The result of the relevant game may be suspended during the investigation. bk35 reserves the right to cancel winnings resulting from a technical error where sufficient evidence exists.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the decisions of the match authority are final. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, bets will be returned (push). bk35 is not responsible for delays in live feeds in relation to in-play betting.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk35 and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through fraud, hacking or any form of technical manipulation.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or identities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegal funds.
• Using a third-party account or payment method.
• Playing games through bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to fix results by colluding with other users.
• Providing false information to platform staff.
• Threats, harassment or offensive behavior.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Issues caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Errors or inconsistencies in third-party game software.
• Losses due to unauthorized account access (unless directly caused by our negligence).
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond bk35's control (force majeure).

bk35 may temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance or development. Notice will be given in advance where possible.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by bk35

bk35 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• Identity verification failure.
• Suspicious activity in betting patterns.
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You can request to close your account at any time. Before the account is closed, you may withdraw any available balance subject to applicable terms.

bk35 may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will provide notice via email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
